The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Avon and Somerset publicly declares all disclosable interests, with the intention of being open and transparent to the public.
The Register of Interests is used by the PCC to declare personal and business interests and this is a statuatory requirement. All disclosable interests must be registered with the PCC's monitoring officer - the Chief Executive Officer - initially as soon as practicable after starting the term of office and then, if there are any updates - amendments , deletions or additions - within 28 days.
