Victim Services

The PCC is responsible for the commissioning of a range of victim services across Avon and Somerset. The OPCC has started a process to review those services and consider what services should be put in place from April 2019 after the current contracts and grants conclude. This page will be kept updated with information as well as opportunities to get involved:

  • Engagement on Commissioning Intentions

The OPCC will be engaging with stakeholders on its commissioning intentions until the June 3rd 2018.

The OPCC has appointed TONIC to work with victims of crime and ASB as part of the engagement and procurement processes.

Victims can have their say by sharing their views via a confidential and anonymous survey www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/avon-and-somerset-victim-services/.

People can also take part in an interview with a researcher Dr Sarah Senker, text "PCC" to 07555 422 150.
