£26,668– £27,794 depending on experience (Pro rata)
The Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) has responsibility for commissioning support services for victims of crime, allocating grants and services as they wish in order to support the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan. The role of Commissioning and Policy Support Officer is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and ambitious team to support a wide range of commissioning and policy work.
An opportunity has arisen in the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner for a Commissioning and Policy Support Officer to help us shape and deliver a range of commissioned services to improve the outcomes for the residents of Avon & Somerset.
As an integral member of the commissioning team, you will need policy, commissioning and administration skills to support the Commissioning team. You will need to be flexible, resilient, organised and willing to take on new challenges as they arise. The role is for a 6 month fixed term contract.
