Victims’ Right to Review

If you have been a victim of a crime and a decision has been taken by Avon and Somerset Police not to prosecute, you have the right to request a review of that decision.

If the decision not to prosecute has been made by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Avon and Somerset Police will refer your request to them directly.
