Appropriate Adult market engagement event

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) is running an online Appropriate Adult market engagement event.

Taking place at 9am – 10.30am on 28 September, the event is focuses on the procurement of a specialist service for an Appropriate Adult provision for vulnerable adults across Avon and Somerset. More information about the role of an Appropriate Adult can be found here.

The OPCC will detail the existing provision and structures, outline their future vision for an efficient and effective service and offer a Q&A session. An agenda will be finalised in due course and shared subsequent to registration.

The OPCC is working towards the opportunity going live in October 2022 with the new service due to commence on 1 April 2023.
