PCC statement following the death of a young man in Bath.

“Communities in Bath will be aware of the tragic death of a young man on Saturday in Southgate Street. I would like to pass on my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. 

“Incidents like this will understandably shock the local community. I want to assure you that a great deal of work is continually happening across the city to support young people, youth professionals and community groups. The B&NES Violence Reduction Unit works collaboratively with partners to deliver a range of youth support services, from school initiatives, mentoring to outreach youth work.”
