Annual Reports

Our annual reports highlight the progress of the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) in carrying out their responsibilities and overseeing the delivery against their Police and Crime Plan.

The reports cover key aspects of the PCC’s role, including:

  • The strategic direction for the Police and wider partnerships
  • Setting the policing part of the council tax (known as the ‘precept’)
  • The appointment of a new Chief Constable or the renewal of the Chief Constable’s contract
  • Commissioning local victim support services
