Independent Scrutiny of Police Complaints Panel Reports

The Independent Scrutiny of Police Complaints Panel is made up of a selection of volunteers who review and scrutinise police complaints and highlights good practice.

The panel, which was formerly known as the Independent Residents Panel, produce a report of their findings and a response is provided by the Constabulary’s Professional Standards Department.
