Out of Court Resolutions Scrutiny Panel

The role of the Out of Court Resolutions Scrutiny Panel is to ensure the use of Out of Court Resolutions is appropriate and proportionate, consistent with national and local policy. And that it considers the victims’ wishes where appropriate.


The main aim of the Panel is to bring transparency to the use of Out of Court Resolutions to increase understanding and confidence in their use.

The Panel meet quarterly and publish their findings and responses to recommendations made.
